Norris Day Celebration
A very special THANKS to all the people that made Norris Day a great success. We not only had a great time, but we also raised over $600 for the Back to School Celebration on Saturday, July 26th.
Sunday Night Prayer Emphasis
We will be joining our sister churches for Sunday evening prayer on August 3rd, September 7th, October 5th, and November 2nd. August 3rd we will be meeting here at Bethel Baptist church with Andersonville First and Norris First at 6:30pm.
Ministry
Looking for a place to serve? We have children in our community that would like to come to church on Wednesday and Sunday evening and they need transportation. If you are interested in participating in the van ministry, please call the church office at 494-7642 for more details.
Back to School Celebration
Don't forget to bring your notebook paper as we get geared up for our annual "Back to School Celebration". If you have never been a part of this ministry, you don't know what you're missing. It serves a need in our community and the look on these children's faces are priceless. We covet your prayers as we begin to prepare for this special event. It's more than a backpack that we offer, it's the overflowing love of Jesus Christ.
Beth Moore
First Baptist Church in Sevierville is having a special event. On August 1st and 2nd, they are hosting a Beth Moore Living Proof Live Simulcast. The event will be from 7:30 to 10:00 pm. on Friday evening and begins again on Saturday morning from 9:30 to 1:00 pm. A box lunch will be included. If you are interested in attending contact the church office for a registration form. The cost of the event is $35.00 and the deadline for registration is July 30th.
Smokies Game
